Items shall be returned within 30 days of delivery. Clothing must be returned unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Sporting goods shall be returned in original packaging and free of signs of use.
Proof of purchase shall be provided such as order number or digital confirmation.
Buyer pays for return shipping costs on all returns, except exchanges. For exchanges, Victory Pickleball will pay for return shipping costs one time per purchase.
Refunds shall be original payment method, typically 5-10 business days after the returned item is received.
